When you shop with PrivateToyBox, you’re trusting us with something personal. We take that seriously. This policy is written in plain language — no legal maze, no fine print designed to confuse. Just a clear explanation of what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

What We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to fulfil your order and provide you with support. This includes:

When you place an order: Your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. We need these to process your order, arrange delivery, and contact you if there is an issue with your shipment.

When you contact us: Your name and contact details, and the content of your message. We keep this to respond to you and improve our service.

When you browse our website: Standard anonymised data such as your general location, device type, and pages visited. This is collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools — it does not identify you personally.

Payment information: We do not store your card details. All payments are processed by encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or hold your full card number.


What We Never Do

We want to be absolutely clear about this:

We never sell your personal information to anyone. Not advertisers, not data brokers, not third parties of any kind.

We never share your name, address, order history, or contact details with any company outside of those directly involved in processing and delivering your order.

We never send unsolicited marketing messages. If you receive an email or WhatsApp message from us, it is because you contacted us first, placed an order, or explicitly opted in.

We never store more information than we need. Once your order is fulfilled and the return window has closed, we retain only what is legally required.

We never use your data to build advertising profiles or target you with behavioural ads.


Your Delivery — Plain Box, Neutral Name

Every order from PrivateToyBox is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no logo, no brand name, and nothing on the outside of the box that indicates what is inside.

Your bank or credit card statement will show a neutral merchant name — not “PrivateToyBox” or anything that could reveal the nature of your purchase.

The delivery label contains only what is strictly necessary for the courier: your name and address. Nothing else.

We work exclusively with courier partners who are instructed to handle all deliveries discreetly and without unnecessary contact unless you request it.


Who We Share Your Information With

We share the minimum necessary information with a small number of trusted service providers, solely to fulfil your order:

Courier and logistics partners — your name and delivery address, to complete the shipment. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Payment processors — your billing information, processed in a fully encrypted environment. We do not have access to your full payment details.

Email and communications platforms — used to send your order confirmation and shipping updates. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements.

No other parties receive your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising networks that have access to customer information.


Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to function correctly and to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels that follow you across other websites.

Essential cookies — required for the website and checkout to work. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are visited most and how users navigate the site. This data is anonymised and aggregated. You can opt out at any time via the cookie settings on our site.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any other behavioural advertising technology.


How We Protect Your Information

All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Our servers are hosted on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We limit access to customer data to only those team members who require it to perform their role.

We conduct regular reviews of our data practices to ensure we remain compliant with applicable privacy laws across the Gulf region, including relevant provisions of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law on Personal Data Protection.


How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order information for a maximum of three years, as required for financial and legal compliance. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

If you contact us but do not place an order, we retain your message for 12 months and then delete it.

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction — ask us to update or correct any inaccurate information.

Deletion — request that we delete your personal data. We will do so promptly, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Children’s Privacy

PrivateToyBox is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.


Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify existing customers by email before the changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available on this page with a revised date at the top.

We will never change this policy in a way that reduces your privacy protections without giving you clear advance notice.
